COVID and Brexit are causing all kinds of problems so hold tight. We're doing everything we can to shorten delivery times and we're keeping everyone updated with what's going on. 

 

Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed and shipped.

You will be sent an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm that your order has been shipped. (If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or promotions tab on GMail).

CUSTOMS

Sometimes, customs/import duty will be charges once your order reaches the destination country. These must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we don't have any say in this or can help with this. Check with your customs/duty office for more details. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

You can return items to us for a refund up to 14 days after your goods are received. This is provided if it is in its original, unused condition, in the original packaging and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

Please email us at hola@sundayland.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

  • The customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, items not in their original condition, or not to the return shipping address provided by our customer service.
  • Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages. Please also remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your returned items to be refunded. 

The return costs are borne by the buyer. 

International Returns: Please mark all non-EU returns with 'Returned goods. No commercial value'.

We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the item within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.
